How do I re-activate my account?

We migrated all customer accounts to our new authentication portal in January 2024. Both customers from our old downloads portal and regular customer portal now have accounts in this environment. Due to security measures we can't transfer the old passwords to the new environment, so you will have to re-activate your account. We are happy to explain how to do this.

  1. The first step is to find out the email address with which you are registered with Proxeuse. The best way to do that is to check in your email inbox to which email address you are receiving communications from us. Once you have found this email address proceed to the next step.

  2. Open the recovery page by clicking here or by pressing the Forgot password button on the login page. On this page you will find the recovery form. Enter the email address you found in step 1 and click Continue.

  3. Check your inbox to see if you received an email from no-reply@proxeuse.com. It may have ended up in your spam folder. Click on the link in this email.

  4. You'll now see a form where you can set your password. Please note that some requirements do apply. Once you've entered and confirmed your password you can press Continue. Your new password will now be set.

  5. Use this new password to login to the authentication portal. You can now access all services with a single username/email and password. Please read the following advice on strengthening your account.
