Why can't I change my currency?

At Proxeuse, you have the choice of paying in either Euros (€) or United States Dollars ($). Due to administrative and technical reasons, it is not possible to change the currency after creating an account. If you meet the conditions below then you can request a change by contacting the customer service. Please note. No exceptions are possible here.

  • You have not placed any orders, even in the past.

  • You have not received any invoices or quotes from us.

  • You are not an active affiliate member or have not yet accumulated credit.

  • You did not place orders in the old download portal or the old customer portal.
